Responsibilities

The role of recruitment assistant is crucial for matching the right candidate with the right employer. You will be a key person in building and maintaining relationships with our candidates and ensuring that their career goals are always prioritized. Your main responsibilities will include:

• Meeting scheduling: Booking meetings/interviews for our recruitment consultants.
• Administrative support: Keeping our system updated with the latest information from and about the candidates in our network.
• Building relationships: Through calls and proactive contact, you ensure that our candidates receive the best service by understanding their unique needs and preferences.

We are looking for someone who

Is studying at university in a relevant field, such as economics or human resources, and has at least two full terms left of your studies. You have the ability to balance your studies with a part-time job and enjoy working in a flexible environment where you can influence your working hours. To succeed in the role, you need to be communicative, responsible, and not afraid to take initiative. Experience in the service industry or customer service is a big plus! You are fluent in both Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Personal qualities

We are looking for someone who is structured, curious, and solution-oriented. With your positive energy and strong teamwork skills, you contribute to a pleasant work environment. You enjoy having many points of contact, both with colleagues and candidates. Additionally, you are skilled at adapting your communication effectively to your counterpart, making you a natural relationship builder.
